$500 refundable damage deposit is added to rentals and is returned pending satisfactory cottage inspection after checkout.

Kindly note:Cottage isSMOKE FREE and PET FREE
Due to life threatening owner allergies and to offer our guests a fresh smelling interior
All SEAFOOD MUST BE COOKED OUTSIDE and ALL SEAFOOD MUST BE STORED IN A COOLER (provided) OUTSIDE on the DECK or in the BACK PORCH.
Minimum age to book without parent or guardian is 25
Cottage is not suitable for parties of any kind. Only registered guests permitted to stay at cottage
Payment Options
Option 1: 100% of rental + $500 refundable damage deposit paid at time of booking.
Option 2: 100% of rental at time of booking
$500 damage deposit due 30 days prior to check-in.
Bookings made within 30 days of check in must be paid in full including Damage Deposit at the time of booking.
Damage Deposit will be refunded if everything is satisfactory at check-out.
There are No Booking Fees to reserve directly with us there is no HST charged on rental.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations when Payment was Made in FULL (Option 1):
90 days or > prior to check in you will receive DD + 100% of payments made**
60- 89 days prior to check in you will receive DD + 50% of payments made**

NO REFUNDS for rental costs on cancellations made less than 59 days prior to check-in.
Cancellations when Payment was Split (Option 2);
90 days or > prior to check in will receive 100% of payments made*
60-89 days prior to check-in will receive 50% of payments made*
NO REFUNDS for rental costs on cancellations made less than 59 days prior to check-in.

If damage deposit was paid it will be returned.
No Refunds for No Shows. No refunds on reduced stays in peak season.
